You will qualify for a rebate only if the purchase was made trough our site. In other words, if you accessed the vendor directly (not trough our links) you do not qualify for a refund. After the purchase was made, all you have to do is e-mail us the name, address, phone number, and email of the person that placed the order, the order number, the date was placed, the price paid for the item(s) (without shipping, as we do not refund any portion off the shipping charges), and the name of the vendor. Then, we will e-mail you back the percentage amount you will get off the price. You may either come in person to pick up the cash rebate, or we will send you a check in the amount of the rebate. You may combine unlimited number of orders placed from the vendors advertised on our site; simply send us the information simultaneously, and get your combined refund in one payment.

We honor the refunds on orders no older than 7(seven) months.
